I discovered THRIVE LIFE FOODS and SIMPLE PLATE after searching for healthy options that would not take up all of my time in the kitchen to prepare. I had come through a second season of illness and knew I had to eat healthy and searched for options. I heard about freeze dried food before, but past experience with some brands was not a very good! Was I skeptical? Yes I was! So I hunted down a party in a town 90 minutes away from where I live in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and went to taste the food. Both my husband and I were amazed at the taste, quality, convenience, flexibility and availability of these amazing foods. 

Being the skeptic that I am, I then hunted down about 7 recipes and ordered all the THRIVE ingredients needed to make them and anxiously anticipated the arrival of my shipment. During this period I worried that I had spent too much, what did I do? A week later my shipment arrived and I started using the ingredients. Night after night we were astounded at the amazing meals we were eating in under 30 minutes from start to finish. Every meal we tried it just keep getting better!
